I’m a somatic specialist, narcissistic abuse survivor, and someone who knows — first hand — that your chronic pain, your complex anxiety, and your past trauma… are ALL related.
After completely healing myself from the chronic pain that kept me in bed most mornings in my twenties, I expanded on my Psychology degree and got certified in somatic techniques (Feldenkrais and Pilates).

* Are the courses safe to do if I'm healing an injury?
Yes, both somatic exercises and Pilates are the most commonly recommended forms of exercise to do by physical therapists and doctors post-surgery and post-injury. I’ve helped thousands of people get in better shape than before their injury or the trauma happened.
