Q: Are the classes live or pre-recorded?
A: All of the classes are pre-recorded so you can do them at your own pace when it's convenient for you. You'll have lifetime access to the course so you can revisit it anytime

Q: How long does it take to release stress & stored trauma?
A: This varies person to person but it generally takes 3 weeks with this course. There's a specific sequence of movements that'll help you get to the big release moment. You'll be taught the step-by-step in this course.

Q: How long does it take to regulate my nervous system?
A: This varies person to person but it generally takes 30-60 days. After 21 days of doing somatic exercises, new neural pathways will start to form and after 60 days those new neural pathways will start to become habit

Q: How long is each class?
A: Each day of the course averages 10 minutes per day. 


Q: How do I know which course is best for me?

Q: I have limited mobility or an injury or I'm in pain. Can I do the course? 
A: If you can lay down in bed and sit up in bed, you can do the course. Make sure to watch the day 1 welcome video before you start because it guides you through how to modify the exercises. We also have a modifications pdf included in the course for easy reference. 

Q: Does this work for men too?
A: Yes, the courses work for all genders. 

Q: Are the courses safe for prenatal and postpartum?
A: The release stress & stored trauma course is safe for both prenatal and postpartum. There are prenatal modifications included in the course. For postpartum, the course will also help you rebuild your pelvic floor. 


Q: I have a hard time staying consistent with exercise. Will this work for me?
A: Yes! Included in the course is a "How To Actually Stick With It Guide" (to keep you consistent with exercises). We also offer daily accountability texts for the 3 course bundle and the 5 course bundle. We also offer personal support during the course via email

 

Q: How do I know when I release my stress & trauma?
A: You'll really feel it when the big release moment happens. You'll feel a deep unlocking in your pelvis and a warm, gushing feeling throughout your entire body. You'll have a huge emotional release as well. After the big release, you'll feel light with significantly less pain in your body. You'll feel much more ease and relaxation throughout your body as well.

 

Q: After I purchase the course, do I only have access for 30 days?
A: You have unlimited, lifetime access to the course after you purchase it, so you can return to it as often as you'd like.

Q: I didn't have the release. What should I do? Did I do something wrong?
A: The release stress & stored trauma course includes a trauma release. If you didn't have the release, repeat the video on day 2, and then repeat days 18-25. If you still don't have the release, reach out to us via email liz@theworkoutwitch.com

Q: Are you certified in somatics? What are your certifications? Are you a doctor? What's your experience? 
A: Yes, Liz is certified in somatics. Her background is in Feldenkrais and Pilates with a specialization in injuries and pathologies. She's also certified in Reiki. She has 15 years of teaching experience and was also mentored by Augusta Moore (Feldenkrais) for 6 years when she started teaching. You can read more about her experience here
