Yes, both somatic exercises and Pilates are the most commonly recommended forms of exercise to do by physical therapists and doctors post-surgery and post-injury. I’ve helped thousands of people get in better shape than before their injury or the trauma happened.
* How do I book a one-on-one lesson?
