Note: Other courses are not included in this guarantee because they do not include the Trauma Release Sequence.
To Qualify for a Refund
- Refund requests must be submitted within:
- 60 days of purchase for a single course
- 90 days of purchase for a 3-course bundle
- 120 days of purchase for a 4- or 5-course bundle
- You must complete 100% of the course by following the day-by-day structure, without skipping ahead or missing days.
This structure is intentional. Each day is designed to gently build on the one before it — physically, emotionally, and neurologically. Skipping ahead or missing days can disrupt that process and may even create discomfort or setbacks. Moving through the course as designed helps create a sense of safety, consistency, and real, lasting change.
Refunds Will Not Be Issued If
- The course is incomplete
- The course wasn’t completed consistently each day, in the intended order
- The course purchased is not one of the eligible options listed above
- The request is based on personal circumstances, preferences, lack of time, or sudden medical conditions
Refund Request Review Process
- All refund requests are carefully reviewed to ensure they meet the criteria.
- You’ll receive a decision within 7–10 business days of submitting your request.
- If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 3–5 business days.
